ACE was established to provide employment opportunities to Malaysians by promoting apprenticeships and on-the-job experiences in Singapore.
We provide scholarships and subsidies to help every young Malaysian achieve educational excellence, while improving their chances of securing full-time employment – regardless of their academic results.

Ryan Koh
Managing Partner
Ryan is a serial entreprenuer, with a diversified business portfolio spanning The Lofi Inn hostels in Vietnam and Singapore, Harbridge College and MPH Pte Ltd. With his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree with Conventry University, he is adept with providing manpower services to large multinationals in the region.

Managing Partner
With a background of over 10 years of regional experience in branding, product management, and marketing, Michael is a keen advocate of using big data and market intelligence to effectively strategise towards providing individuals for better career advancement.
